The Zonal Anthropological Museum is located on NH-72 in Dehradun, 500 meters from the Forest Research Institute and 5 km from the Dehradun railway station. Dehradun is one of the best places near Delhi.
This museum is the zonal museum and one of the most popular museums in Dehradun. The Anthropological Survey of India established the museum in the year 1971.

The Zonal Anthropological Museum Timing

This museum displays a collection of artifacts related to the origin, development and livelihood of mankind on Earth. The museum also displays the origins and social customs of the early inhabitants of the people in the foothills of the Himalayas.

Timings:
10 am – 1 pm and 2 pm – 5 pm.
Closed on Sundays, 2 Saturdays and public holidays.
